Warehouse Mezzanine Systems are multi-level structures that fits around existing equipment, columns, or barriers to provide maximum storage and/or office space in your warehouse. This system allows you to build upward rather than expanding outward, doubling floor space to prevent the costs of having to move or build additions to your facility. You’re already paying utilities for your building—why not maximize all of the space you have?
Warehouse Mezzanine Systems
Mezzanines are designed with stairways, rails, and gates that allow for safe and easy access to your overhead space. Free standing mezzanines are designed with lightweight high-tensile steel, creating a strong support with a capacity up to 500 psi. They are also structured to comply with seismic zones and building codes. Materials vary depending on the style you choose, but along with these styles come a variety of decking options—including wood, open grating, diamond plate, and more!
Mezzanine Style Options
- Structural: A structural mezzanine is a complex industrial solution for utilizing your overhead storage. Constructed with industrial heavy-duty steel, structural mezzanines are the most expensive, however they are the most efficient.
- Pallet Rack Platform: A pallet rack platform mezzanine creates usable storage space with a pallet racking system. This style is less expensive than a structural mezzanine, however it is less efficient. Choosing this style would be for the cost benefit, as opposed to spending more on a more efficient system.
- Catwalk: Catwalk mezzanines are designed with stairways and walkways that allow easy access to your overhead space.
