Pallet Flow Rack
Pallet Flow Rack
Pallet flow rack systems, also known as gravity flow racks, are designed to store and organize palletized goods for high-density storage and efficient order picking. These systems utilize inclined roller or wheel tracks within the racking structure to create a dynamic flow lane, allowing pallets to flow from the loading end to the picking end via gravity. Pallet flow rack systems are ideal for facilities with high-volume SKU turnover and FIFO (first in, first out) inventory management requirements.

Additional Services
A COMPACT FIFO SYSTEM
Pallet Flow Racks fully utilize available storage space allowing up to 4 pallets to be stocked in one track. Installed in a sloping lane, this system is ideal for first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory management. Pallets then safely glide safely and effortlessly at a controlled rate to the front of the storage lane.
KEEP PICKING AISLES FILLED
Pallets are loaded at the highest end of the roller track and move by gravity to the other end, where they are picked. As a pallet is picked the pallet behind moves down the slope into position and is ready to be picked next. This system ensures that the picking position is always filled and extraction is always possible.
